Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Blackstone manuals are delivered via our courier, Interlink, and are a signed for item. Orders for the Blackstones placed before 13:00 will normally be delivered next working day.

You must inform us within 5 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders Back orders are fulfilled as soon as possible. Any delays are notified to the customer.

If you fail to activate your subscription after 14 days your right to cancel is also lost

If you don't give your consent, you have to wait until the cancellation period has ended before activating your subscription.

This is to ensure the digital content is what you want before activating your subscription.

BLACKSONE'S MANUALS

Please contact ICAL if you wish to return Blackstone's Manuals. Provided the books are returned to us at your expense and suitably packed we will check the books on receipt. Provided they are in a resalable condition a refund will be provided. The 'cooling off period' is a period of 7 days starting the day you placed your order.


Remittance Terms For account customers we offer 30 days credit. All other customers are expected to pay either via card, cheque, or cash prior to the despatch, electonic delivery or account creation for any of the products we supply, unless less the product is FREE of charge.
